We are sending you this email to inform you that the second campaign of faulty items of the year starts on the 1st of October and will last until the 31st of October.
We would like to remind you that, since 2020, we ask you to group all defective items in one Excel form and to send it to us once per season: in April and in October.
Please note:
- We will reject all forms sent outside these months and/or which are not in EXCEL format.
- We have updated the template; we invite you follow this link from now on: https://europe-customers.columbia.com/hc/en-us/article_attachments/28924226386961
- We do not accept defective items; please destroy them upon receipt of the corresponding credit note.
Credit note:
The credit notes are processed after receipt of your forms in May and November. You will receive them by post. Should you require a copy by email, please contact you Credit Officer.
You can report to us:
- Faulty items that your shop purchased within the last 2 years, as they are still covered by the warranty according to European legislation.
- If the 2-year period is exceeded, in order to process the faulty item, you will have to provide us with the consumer's purchase receipt dated less than 2 years before the date on which you send us the form.
You can refund the customer in the two cases above.
