To follow our claims procedure, in addition to the completed credit request form, we also need the following in case of defectives for each claimed item:

• Clear photos of the defect
• Full details or a photo of the product ID label.

The “product ID label” is located behind the care labels (on the inside of the item), and can be found on the last ‘page’ of the set – as below example. The details on this product ID label are needed for our Product development team in the US to investigate defect claims and quality issues.

May we kindly ask you to share the requested photos, so we can proceed with the claim process?

In the first attached Excel file, I have copied over the info from the initial file you sent us into our updated credit request template. 

You/the customer can share the photos by adding them as printscreens into the “Photos” tab of the attached Excel file, or feel free to send them as attachments by email.

I have also attached an empty template of our updated Credit Request Form. Going forward, we kindly ask our customers to use this updated version. Please replace any previous templates you may have on file with the attached version. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
